Instructions to the Candidates

1. The candidate must bring the admit card for entering the examination center and also show it to the on-duty invigilator.
2. The candidate must wear a mask and follow the COVID-19 related hygiene rules or instructions for entering the examination center.
3. Photograph of the candidate contained in this admit card must be similar with the photograph submitted with the original application.
4. Candidate must take his/her respective seat 30 minutes before starting the examination. Total time limit of the examination will be One hour & half/ One hour.
5. Black ballpoint pen must be used for examination.
6. Other than pen and admit card any other electronic devices (such as mobile phone, calculator or any type of watch and ornaments etc), paper or
   instruments will not be allowed to be brought inside the examination hall.
7. Viva voce of the candidates selected in the written examination will be held in Directorate of Technical Education, F-4/B, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar
   Administrative Area, Agargaon, Dhaka-1207 on 22 & 23 August, 2021 at 9:00 am Consequently (Which Will be Notified on the Website).
8. All selected candidates must bring the original copy of all educational certificates, experience certificates, NID card, freedom fighter/disabilities certificates
   (if applicable) and one set of each papers attested by first class gazzeted officer for Viva Voce.
9. In case of any misconduct in the examination, legal action will be taken including cancellation of candidature.
10. No TA/DA will be given for participation in the examination.
11. This Admit Card will be considered as admit card for written/viva voce.
12. Practical Examination for the Post of Stenographer-Cum-Computer Operator, Upper Division Assistant, Upper division Assistant-Cum-Data Processor,
    Steno typist-Cum-Computer Typist, Lower Division Assistant-Cum-Data Processor, Lower Division Assistant cum Typist selected in the written examination
    will be held on 21 August at 8am to 6pm in Dhaka Mohila Polytechnic Institute, Agargaon, Dhaka-1207 (The time slot will be Notified on the Website).
13. Practical Examination for the Post of Driver (Heavy/Light) selected in the written examination will be held on 21 August at 10am to 6pm in Dhaka Mohila
    Polytechnic Institute, Agargaon, Dhaka-1207 (The time slot will be notified on the Website).
